Our son is home!

After six long, quiet weeks we are happy to announce that our son is finally home! Our crazy exchange student from Brazil is still comfortably sleeping in his bed after a long a voyage to Montreal. G. has been living with us since last January and we were thrilled when he asked us if he could come back for another semester. He is 16 years old and has completely become one of the family!

He apparently had a wonderful time in Montreal and was exhausted last night because he stayed up partying all night the evening previous. (This kind of behaviour would never be allowed in my house so I'm glad he got it out of his system there)! It's because I love him like a son that I'm going to kick his lazy butt out of bed...it's time to do some chores and make some cookies!! Those crazy Montrealers may be fine with letting him party all night and sleep all day, but not in my house!

I look forward to the day when I can write that title again!!! :)
